The Collective: Women in Legal Philosophy is holding its 2nd Annual Conference this summer, on Saturday 22nd June, 2024. The conference will take place at Balliol College, University of Oxford (and hybrid via Zoom).
The format of the conference will be pre-read with a focus on four papers. We will provide coffee and lunch to all attendees on the day of the conference. We are delighted to announce that we will be discussing four terrific papers:
Aditi Bagchi (Fordham), Contract as Exchange?
Liat Dasht (Yale), Moral Agency, Moral Shpatiency, and the State: A Case for Moral Agency Without (Anything Like) Full Moral Status
Barbara Levenbook (NC State), Yesterday’s Statute
Kritika Maheshwari (Delft), Reconsidering the Right to a Human Decision
You can now register your interest in attending the conference (in-person or online) via this form or by emailing us at collectivewlp@gmail.com (nb. registration of interest does not guarantee in-person attendance to the conference due to limited capacity, we will be in touch to confirm this.)
